This is the best pan release ever. Easier than greasing and flouring pans.

Ingredients For pan release

  • 1 c
    ap flour
  • 1 c
    oil, canola or vegetable
  • 1 c
    crisco

How To Make pan release

  • 1
    Put all in a bowl and mix with hand mixer until smooth and incorporated.
  • 2
    Brush on pans to make a quick release instead of greasing and flouring pans. Works great on detailed Bundt pans.
  • 3
    Store in a covered jar in refrigerator. Good for 3 months. I cut the recipe to a 1/4 cup of each if I'm not doing much baking.
