Ingredients For overnight coffecake

3/4 csoftened butter

1 csugar

2 lgeggs

1 clite sour cream

1-1/2 cflour

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspnutmeg
-
3/4 cpacked light brown sugar

1/2 cchopped pecans

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make overnight coffecake

1In lg bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and sour cream. In another bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Add to butter mix. Mix well.

2Spray a bundt pan w/ cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. In bowl, combine brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 the mix over batter. Swirl mix through batter.

3Sprinkle remaining mix over batter. Cover cake and chill overnight. The next day, heat oven to 350. Bake cake for 35-45 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
