How To Make oreo icecream cake
-
1You will need 2 round cake pans(for a 2 layer cake). Line with Plastic Wrap. Let wrap be long and hang over sides so you can use to cover later.
-
2Let ice cream Soften, microwave a little if you wish to speed it up. Form chocolate ice cream into one pan and oreo cookie ice cream into other pan. Cover tops with plastic wrap.
-
3Place in freezer. Allow to freeze thoroughly!
-
4While freezing icecream, Take out oreos. Leave out 8 for decorational purposes. Take remaining and break up into little pieces.
-
5Once icecream is frozen again, remove from freezer and place your bottom layer on a dish/plate (peeling plastic wrap off). Spread top with hot fudge sauce. Then lay out a somewhat flat layer of the oreo crumbles. You can leave some to sprinkle along out side later. Place 2nd layer of icecream on top, making sure its secure. Freeze again if its starting to soften.
-
6Frost cake with Butter cream frosting. Sprinkle remaining oreo crumbles along bottom of cake. Add decorations along with remaining oreo cookies you didnt break up.
-
7Place back in freezer. Take out 10 or so minutes before serving to let soften. Enjoy.
