1The Cooking From a Creative Cluster,is a soft covered cookbook, published in 1972. Henderson Settlement is located in the mountains of Kentucky. It was started many years ago by Hiram Frakes and today (1972), it is under the UMC's Mission to the Cumberlands. The campus has grown over the years and now provides schooling for children of the region- from Head Start through High School. Sadly, a fire in December od 1971 and spring of 1972 has destroyed a dorm and several other buildings. It was hoped that, in a small way, the proceeds from this cookbook could help Henderson Settlement to rebuild. Pre-heat oven 325 deg.
