My Nanna passed this on to me because we all loved it so much. It starts with a box mix so it's super quick and easy to make.

Ingredients For orange pineapple cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 11 oz
    can mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 28 oz
    can crushed pineapple wih juice
  • 1 box
    3 0z vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 pkg
    10 0z whipped topping

How To Make orange pineapple cake

    preheat oven to 325 degrees. grease 9"x13" pan.

    Mash mandarin oranges with a fork. Combine with cake mix, oil, and eggs. Beat for 2 mimutes. Pour into pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

    In a medium bowl, stir together pineapple and pudding. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake. Refridgerate. Decorate with additional fruit if desired.
