Ingredients For orange-kissed peanut butter bundt

6 Tbspbutter, melted

1 cpeanut butter, creamy

1/2 corange juice

1 Tbsporange zest

2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2eggs

1 tspvanilla extract

1-1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 cbuttermilk
- FROSTING

1/3 cpeanut butter, creamy

3 Tbsporange juice, fresh

1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
1-1/2 cpowdered sugar
-
1/2 cwhipped cream
-
chopped peanuts for garnish
How To Make orange-kissed peanut butter bundt

1Prehat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour bundt pan. Set aside.

2In large bowl mix together butter, peanut butter, orange juice and orange zest until well combined and creamy. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla.

3Combine four, baking soda and salt, then stir half into peanut butter mixture. Stir in half of buttermilk. Add remaining four and buttermilk, mixing until just blended. Do not overmix or cake will be tough.

4Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan about 5-10 minutes, then remove cake from pan and cool completely.

5For frosting: beat all ingredients together to pourable consistency. Pour over cake and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
