Ingredients For orange-kissed peanut butter bundt

  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange zest
  • 2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • FROSTING
  • 1/3 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 3 Tbsp
    orange juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    whipped cream
  • chopped peanuts for garnish

How To Make orange-kissed peanut butter bundt

    Prehat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour bundt pan. Set aside.

    In large bowl mix together butter, peanut butter, orange juice and orange zest until well combined and creamy. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Combine four, baking soda and salt, then stir half into peanut butter mixture. Stir in half of buttermilk. Add remaining four and buttermilk, mixing until just blended. Do not overmix or cake will be tough.

    Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan about 5-10 minutes, then remove cake from pan and cool completely.

    For frosting: beat all ingredients together to pourable consistency. Pour over cake and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
