1-1/3 csugar

1 cflour

4eggs, lightly beaten

1/3 ccooking cocoa

1/2 cchopped pecans

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspsalt

2 tspvanilla

1 cmini marshmellows
How To Make ooey-gooey slow-cooker pudding cake

1In lg bowl, mix together butter, sugarflour, eggs, cocoa, pecans, cinnamon, salt and vanilla.

2Spray the bowl of a 3-1/2-quart slow-cooker w./ cooking spray. Pour ingredients into slow-cooker. Cook on low for 1-1/2 hrs. Or until set around the edges, but soft in center.

3Turn off cooker. Sprinkle the cake w/ mini marshmellows. Let stand, covered for 15 mins. serve warm alone, or w/ a little ice cream.
