I LOVE Nutella spread... with a passion! These brownies are an awesome way to use it! Lots more goodies at my blog too sweetblissinfl.blogspot.com

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Hazelnut spread and fudgy brownies are a match made in heaven! The brownie forms a nice sugary crust on the outside, but the inside stays warm and gooey. We baked these like Jennifer recommended and the outcome was a deliciously fudgy brownie. If you want them more cake-like, add a few minutes to the bake time. These are rich and decadent, so have a big glass of milk handy.

Ingredients For nutella brownies

  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    Nutella spread
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 stick
unsalted butter, melted and brought to room temperature

How To Make nutella brownies

  • Lining pan with parchment paper.
    1
Preheat your oven to 325. Prepare a 9-inch square pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with non-stick spray.
  • Sifting flour and salt together.
    2
In a small bowl, sift flour and salt together. Set aside.
  • Adding wet ingredients and sugar to a bowl.
    3
In another bowl, add Nutella, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla.
  • Mixing until ingredients combined.
    4
Mix on low speed until well incorporated and creamy... about 2 minutes or so.
  • Adding half the flour to the chocolate mixture.
    5
Add half the flour mixture and combine.
  • Adding half the melted butter to chocolate mixture.
    6
Then half the melted butter and combine.
  • Mixing in the remaining flour and butter.
    7
Once mixed, add the remaining flour and butter and blend together.
  • Spreading batter into the baking pan.
    8
Spread in a pan and bake for 35-20 minutes. I started to check mine at about 25 minutes. You want the center to be just set if you like them fudgy like I do.
