This recipe was given to me by a co-worker several years ago. These are nice little sweet things. :)

Ingredients For nut in a shirt

  • for shirt:
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 (3oz) pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 lb
    butter
  • for filling:
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    crushed pecans
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make nut in a shirt

  • 1
    Shirts: Cream together; flour, cream cheese, and 1/4 lb. butter.

    Form into 24 small balls. Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 375. Spray mini cupcake pan with cooking spray. Press balls into mini cupcake pan cups. Set aside.

    Filling: Mix all filling ingredients. Fill the center of cup cakes.

    Bake for 20 minutes.
