This a recipe my mom made often. It is a big cake and delicious to.

Ingredients For nut crumb cake

2 c

sugar
1 c

butter
4 c

sifted flour
1/4 tsp

salt
2 c

sour milk
1 tsp

baking soda
2 tsp

baking powder
2 tsp

cinnamon
1 c

nuts (optional)

How To Make nut crumb cake

Sift Flour
Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until crummy. SAVE1 CUP.
Combine remainder with milk and beat thoroughly.
Add baking powder and baking soda

Pour into well greased pan.
Chop 1 cup of nuts and add to the `1 cup crumb mixture and sprinkle over cake dough in pan.

Bake at 350 F. for about 40 min.
