When I was working, a friend told me about this cake. I was little puzzled, about it because you mix flour and butter together first.........I said uhhhhhhhh. But it is wonderful.

Ingredients For norwegian golden cake

1 cbutter (2 sticks)

1 1/3 call purpose flour

5eggs
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 tspalmond extract

dash salt

1 1/3 csugar

1 1/2 tspbaking powder
How To Make norwegian golden cake

11. cream the butter and flour (yes, the flour) together well.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. -
23. Add extracts and salt, then sugar and baking pwder last.

3Turn into a greased tube pan. Bake in a preheated open 325 degree for 15 minutes. Turn up the oven to 350 degrees and continue baking another 15 to 20 min.,or til it tests done.

4Cool in the pan 10 minutes, then turn out on a rack to finish cooling. Sprinkle powered sugar over the top or ice it, if preferred.
