Ingredients For no bake pumpkin cheesecake

    graham cracker pie crust
  • 2
    8 oz pkg fat free cream cheese,at room temp
  • 1 c
    fat free sour cream
  • 1
    24 oz container fat/sugar free cool whip, divided
  • 1 lg
    can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1/3 c
    splenda blend
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make no bake pumpkin cheesecake

    with hand mixer beat cream cheese til light snd fluffy... add sour cream and bout 1/3 the cool whip.. set aside
  • 2
    in med bowl mix pumpkin,splenda,pie spice,cinnamon,and vanilla

    now mix pumpkin mix into bowl with cream cheese.... mix well....place in pie shell......."frost" with remaining cool whip...refrigerate when i serve this a dash of pumpkin pie spice on each slice is a nice garnish
