This is absolutely delish! I think the secret is marshmallows! My mom had asked her sister-in-law for this recipe, she gave her the runaround...but my mom payed attention while her sis-in-law made them...and this is the result of just "looking" LOL. Super simple and yum-oh! I usually prepare these at night so they could firm over night and have some in the morning with coffee! ;)

Ingredients For no bake cherry cheesecake

2keebler graham pie crusts

1 lbknudsen sour cream
-
1 lbkraft marshmallows
-
1 pkgphillidelphia cream cheese 8oz

1 stickbutter
-
1 cancomstock or wilderness cherry pie filling/topping
How To Make no bake cherry cheesecake

1In med bowl, cream together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth ( i usually microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds to soften a bit) set aside.

2On stove top over med heat melt butter, add marshmallows little at a time until smooth. When done quickly mix well with the cream cheese and sour cream until there is no yellow streaks of butter.

3Pour mixture equally into the two pie crusts. Place in fridge until firm. Top with cherry topping!
