Ingredients For no bake candy cane cheesecake

  • 3 box
    10 count red and green candy canes
  • 1/2 lb
    box of choc graham crackers...crushed
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    splenda...divided
  • 3 pkg
    low fat cream cheese.. room temp
  • 1 Tbsp
    real vanilla[please do not use imitation]
  • 8 oz
    fat free sour cream
  • 24 oz
    tub fat/sugar free whipped topping ...divided

How To Make no bake candy cane cheesecake

    remove paper from candy canes break into food processor.... pulse several times[u want some powder an til some small pieces of candy]....be careful...breathing... the dust is very strong set aside

    mix crackers butter and 1/2 the splenda in 9x13 pan [once mixed save out bout 2T]cover bottom an start up sides put in fridge while making filling...

    mix cream cheese with hand mixer til creamy an smooth add splenda and vanilla stir well add sour cream stir add 8 oz whipped topping stir set aside bout 2T candy canes add the rest to cream cheese mix mix well add to crust now "frost" with remaning whipped topping sprinkle 2T crumbs an candy cane on top refrigerate overnite...
