My children love different kinds of cheese cakes this is just one of the many I have made for them. You can add a fruit topping if you like my favorite is plain or chocolate chip cheese cake.

Ingredients For new york cheese cake

  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c
    cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 1/4 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can
    14 oz condensed milk
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2
    eggs

How To Make new york cheese cake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; press evenly on bottom of 9 inch pie pan.

    In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.

    Add vanilla and eggs, mix well. Pour into prepared pie pan or spring form pan.

    Bake for 1 hour, turn off oven but leave cheesecake in oven with door propped slightly open for an additonal hour.

    Refrigerate at least 6 hours until firm.
