My children love different kinds of cheese cakes this is just one of the many I have made for them. You can add a fruit topping if you like my favorite is plain or chocolate chip cheese cake.

Ingredients For new york cheese cake

1/3 cbutter, melted

1 1/2 ccinnamon graham cracker crumbs

3 1/4 pkg8 oz cream cheese softened

1 can14 oz condensed milk
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract

2eggs
How To Make new york cheese cake

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; press evenly on bottom of 9 inch pie pan.

2In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.

3Add vanilla and eggs, mix well. Pour into prepared pie pan or spring form pan.

4Bake for 1 hour, turn off oven but leave cheesecake in oven with door propped slightly open for an additonal hour.

5Refrigerate at least 6 hours until firm.
