new age apple cake
(1 rating)
This cake is made with apples and sauerkraut. The sauerkraut adds moisture and a coconut-like texture. The cake's cinnamon-apple flavor is perfect for the fall and winter season, and it's great to take to parties. It's moist and tender and topped with a cream cheese frosting.
