Ingredients For nana lou's cinnamon coffee cake

3 cflour, unsifted

6 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 csugar
-
1/2 cbutter, softened
-
1 cmilk
-
2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
4 Tbspoil
- TOPPING
-
1 1/4 cbrown sugar
-
5 Tbspflour
-
3 Tbspcinnamon
-
5 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make nana lou's cinnamon coffee cake

1-MIX BY HAND!-

2Sift all dry ingredients together. Cut in butter.

3Combine eggs, milk, oil & vanilla together. Add to the dry mixture.

4Pour just enough batter to barely cover greased 9x13 pan.

5Blend all the topping ingredients together and sprinkle 1/2 of the mixture over the batter. Pour remaining batter on top of cinnamon mixture.

6Top batter with remainder of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. DO NOT TEST TOO EARLY OR CAKE WILL SINK IN THE MIDDLE! Enjoy!
