I just can't get over this duplicated version concoction of the complicated French pastry called Mille-Feuilles. No matter where I traveled I have never found yet a better one than MY RECIPE... FRESH, CREAMY,COOL AND SMOOTH! You can't find it anywhere in the world except here in RALEIGH. A chef adopted my recipe in confidence. Since then he had rave reviews and been very popular. It is only available on weekends and you have to call ahead to reserve. Somehow I use to make it with a different cookies but I had to adjust it to the AMERICAN cookies called graham crackers.
