This is such an awesome pound cake. dotted with raisins it is pretty when sliced and has a wonderful flavor and texture,

Ingredients For my raisin pound cake

1 csoft butter
-
1 pkg8 oz cream cheese, softened

5 mdeggs
-
1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

2 tspbaking powder
-
4 tspvanilla
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
2 1/4 call purpose flour
-
2 craisins
How To Make my raisin pound cake

1preheat oven to 325, spray a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray

2cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until well blended.

3add remaining ingredients except raisins and mix well, ( about 2 minutes)

4Mix in raisins. pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 50-60 minutes. cool completely before removing from pan. Dust with Powdered sugar
