Ingredients For mounds cake

1 boxchocolate cake mix
-
1 boxinstant chocolate pudding

1 1/4 cwater
-
1/4 cvegetable oil
-
4eggs
-
1 cchocolate chips
- FROSTING

1 - 8 ozcool whip, thawed

1 cgranulated sugar

1 1 /3 ccoconut
-
1 - 8 ozsour cream
How To Make mounds cake

1Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan.

2For the cake: Mix all ingredients and pour into a prepared pan.

3Bake for 28-32 minutes or until done; cool.

4For the frosting: Using a mixer I mix the sugar and sour cream together well. Then blend in the cool whip and coconut with a spoon or spatula. Frost the cake once cool.

5Yum!...The frosting really makes the cake. I could eat it by the spoonfuls...lol!
