monkey bread from my kitchen
(1 rating)
This is one of many variations of the very old Monkey Bread recipe which has been around since Pillsbury put biscuits in a cardboard tube. I first tasted this when a friend invited me to lunch at her home many many years ago, probably around 1980. After a few years and a few pregnancies, I began making this for my children as an occasional treat. My oldest son loved this so much he asks me to make it for his birthday in lieu of a birthday cake. Always a favorite for kids of all ages.
