I used to make this with Pillsbury rolls, then used my bread machine to make the dough. SO much better!

Ingredients For monkey bread-bread machine
- DOUGH

1 cwater (warm, not hot)

2 Tbspbutter, softened

1/4 csugar

1 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon, ground

3 call purpose flour

2 1/2 tspyeast (i haven't noticed a difference between active dry and rapid rise)
- FOR COATING

1/2 csugar

1 tspcinnamon, ground
- FOR GLAZE

1 stickbutter
-
1 cbrown sugar (i use light brown sugar)

1 tspvanilla
How To Make monkey bread-bread machine

1Preheat oven to 350. Place 2 tbsp butter, water, sugar, salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, flour and yeast into bread machine. Set to dough cycle. If it's humid, and the dough seems like it's coming out sticky, add a little flour while still early in the dough process.

2When dough is finished, combine 1/2 c white sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Roll dough into small balls, roll into sugar/cinnamon mix and put into greased bundt pan. When done, cover with towel and let rise 1/2 hour.

3After dough rises for about a half hour, put 1/4 c. butter in small pan and melt. Add brown sugar and vanilla, bring just to boil. Pour over bread pieces. Bake at 350 30-35 minutes.
