Ingredients For monkey bread

  • 2
    tubes buttermilk biscuits (7 1/2oz.)
  • 1 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 c
    butter,melted
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c
    maple syrub

How To Make monkey bread

  • 1
    Cut each biscuit into quarters.In a small bowl,combine the brown sugar,cinnamon and nutmeg.Dip biscuits in butter,then roll in sugar mixture.Layer half the biscuits in a 10-in flute pan.Sprinkle with half the nuts.Repeat layers.Pour syrub over top. Bake at 350* for 25-30mins or until golden brown. Immediately invert on a serving platter.Serve warm.
