This is the cheesecake I grew up on. My mom use to make it all the time and it is a sinfully rich and delicious dessert that is always in season.

1 1/4 ccrushed graham crackers

3 Tbspsugar

1/3 cbutter or margarine

2 pkgsoftened cream cheese

1 cansweetened condensed milk

1/3 clemon juice

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make mom's instant cheesecake

1Mix together crushed graham crackers and sugar in a medium sized bowl. Add butter and mix until all mixture is moist. Press into a 8" pie pan and place aside.

2Combine all cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixer. Mix until smooth.

3Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust and place in fridge for 1 hour or until set.

4Serve with the topping of your choice. Enjoy!
