My mom wrote out this recipe years ago and although I am diabetic, my family isn't and who can resist such a yummy dessert. I just have a small piece

Ingredients For mom's fudge brownies

  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 2 oz
    chocolate, unsweetened or 1/4 c cocoa
  • 1 c
    splenda
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    flour self-rising
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts

How To Make mom's fudge brownies

  • 1
    In medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat and let cool.

    Stir in splenda add eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla, stir in flour and nuts. mix well
  • 3
    Spread in greased 8x8x2 inch pan. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. be careful not to overbake. cool and cut into 16 squares
