My mom wrote out this recipe years ago and although I am diabetic, my family isn't and who can resist such a yummy dessert. I just have a small piece

Ingredients For mom's fudge brownies

1/2 cbutter or margarine

2 ozchocolate, unsweetened or 1/4 c cocoa

1 csplenda
-
2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cflour self-rising

1/2 cchopped walnuts
How To Make mom's fudge brownies

1In medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat and let cool.

2Stir in splenda add eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla, stir in flour and nuts. mix well

3Spread in greased 8x8x2 inch pan. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. be careful not to overbake. cool and cut into 16 squares
