Here's another one of my mom's specialty's. These are delicious! Great banana flavor, and the cream cheese frosting is soooo good. Enjoy!

Ingredients For mom's frosted banana bars

1/2 cbutter, softened

1 1/2 csugar

2eggs
-
1 csour cream

1 tspvanilla extract

2 cflour

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

2bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
- FROSTING

8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1/2 cbutter, softened
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
3 3/4 to 4 cconfectioners sugar
How To Make mom's frosted banana bars

1Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.

2Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to cream mixture. Stir in mashed bananas.

3Spread into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely.

4PREPARE THE FROSTING Beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together. Gradually beat in enough confectioners sugar for desired consistency.

5Spread frosting, and cut into desired size bars. Enjoy! These are yummy!
