Ingredients For mom's favorite bundt cake

  • 1 pkg
    white cake mix, any brand
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 can
    fruit pie filling, such as peach, cherry, blueberry, etc.

How To Make mom's favorite bundt cake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Bundt pan using cooking spray. (I like to add a little sugar over the cooking spray instead of flour.)

    Place all ingredients except pie filling, in a med-size bowl and beat on low until mixed, then mix on med. until lumps are gone.

    Place 1/3 of batter in Bundt pan, place pie filling on top and spread the other 2/3 of batter over pie filling. Bake for the time it instructs on your cake mix for a Bundt cake.

    NOTE: I like to make a nice confectioner's glaze to pour over the top, but if you do not like it very sweet, just serve as it is.
