1 pkglemon gelatin

8 ozcream cheese

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cboiling water

1/2 csugar

1 cancream

3 cgraham crackers, crushed

1/2 csugar

1/2 cbutter or margarine melted
How To Make moms cheese cake

1Make gelatin, chill until slighty thicken. Cream together ,cream cheese , 1/2 cup sugar ,vanilla,add gelatin and blead well.Whip your cream until stiff then fold in the cream. mix graham crackers crumbs, 1/2 cup suger mix together then add melted butter or margarine mix together pack in bottom and sides of 9= 13= 2 pan. Add filling and spinkle some crumbs on top. Chill several hours or over night.
