I know your thinking, "not another carrot cake recipe". However, I have made several, but this one is incredible. I have been making this for about 10 years. It comes out so moist. Enjoy!!!!

Ingredients For moistest carrot cake ever!!

2 cgrated carrots

4 lgeggs

2 csugar
-
1 1/2 cwesson oil

2 call purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 Tbspcinnamon (i usally use a bit more)
- ICING FOR CAKE

1 pkgcream cheese
-
1 stickmelted butter
-
1 tspvanilla

1 boxpowdered sugar
How To Make moistest carrot cake ever!!

1For the cake: mix carrots, sugar & eggs. Then add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I use the papmered chef stoneware 13 * 9 and it comes out great.

2For the icing: mix ingredients and beat until smooth.
