Ingredients For moist & delicious carrot cake

2 cwhite sugar

4eggs
-
1 1/2 ccanola oil

2 1/2 csifted white all-purpose flour
-
1 cchopped walnuts (optional)

2 tspbaking soda
-
2 tspcinnamon, ground
-
2 tspsalt
-
2 cshredded carrots
-
1 ccrushed pineapple (drained)
How To Make moist & delicious carrot cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan.

2Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake for one hour.

3FROSTING: 1 package cream cheese 3 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup butter or margarine Mix together until smooth consistency and frost cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
