moist chocolate cake
This is a very moist chocolate cake I made for my daughter's birthday.Everybody loved it.It was gone right away I barely had time to take a picture. The wine in this recipe is the secret ingredient. It gives a unique flavor and no one could guess what it was.

Ingredients For moist chocolate cake

1 3/4 cunbleached white flour

2 tspbaking soda

3/4 ccocoa powder
-
1 1/2 csugar

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1 tspvanilla extract
-
1/2 ccanola oil
-
1 cbuttermilk
-
1 cred sweet wine ( like lambrusco)

2 lgeggs
How To Make moist chocolate cake

1Mix together flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, and salt.

2In another bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, buttermilk and wine until combined.(do not over mix).

3Add dry ingredients to wine mixture. Pour dough to 10 inch spring form pan. Bake 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the cake.

4Make frosting. I used a frosting from a recipe I have previously posted called, "Best chocolate cake ever".
