1 c oil

2eggs

2 csugar

1 1/4 cbanana (3) -- mashed

1 cbuttermilk

3 cflour
-
1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tspvanilla extract
- FROSTING FOR BANANA CAKE

6 ozcream cheese
-
6 Tbspbutter, room temperature

pinch of salt
-
1 tspvanilla extract

2 c2 c powdered sugar
-
1/2 cwalnuts -- chopped corse
How To Make moist banana cake

1Mix first four ingredients together. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, & salt. Add alternately with buttermilk. Add vanilla. Pour into a greased 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for approx 45 minutes. Cool. Mix Frosting ingredients except nuts. Mix to spreading consistency. Frost cooled cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
