moist banana cake
This cake is very different from other banana cakes. You either love it or hate it. It is moist and very heavy. It is good to use ripe bananas you don't know what to do with. My husband left a bunch of bananas in his truck, so I needed to use them.

9 lgbananas, ripe

1 Tbspsugar

7 lgeggs

1 can smsweet condensed milk

1 1/3 cflour

14 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make moist banana cake

1Cut peeled bananas in 1 inch pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and put aside for 20 minutes.

2Beat eggs on high speed until fluffy. Slowly add condensed milk and melted butter. Than add flour 1 spoon at the time.

3With spatula mix in bananas. Bake in 9 inch spring form 1 hour in 390 F. Check with toothpick, if not ready lower temperature to 375 and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until toothpick comes out dry.
