    sugar
  • 2 c
    apples peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 c
    oil
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    soda
  • 2
    eggs beaten

How To Make moist apple cake

  • 1
    Combine apples,sugar and oil.
  • 2
    Stir and add flour,cinnamon,salt,soda to apple mixture.

    Mix in eggs.Blend all ingredients with a whisk.

    Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour-1 hour and 30 minutes. Check after an hour to see if its golden brown.
