Ingredients For mocha bundt cake

  • 1 pkg devil’s food cake mix, 2 layer size
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup cold coffee
  • 2 cups chocolate chips. 2 oz
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp kahlua
  • 2 tbsp crème de cacao

How To Make mocha bundt cake

  • 1
    Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and 1/2 cup coffee in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into a greased 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Punch holes in warm cake. Mix powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp. coffee, the liqueur and crème de cacao in a bowl; mix well. Drizzle over cake. Let stand until cool and invert onto a serving plate. Serves 12
