Ingredients For mississippi mud cake

2 csugar

1/2 cplus 2 tablespoons cocoa

3sticks of butter
-
4eggs
-
2 tspvanilla extract, divided

1 1/2 cflour

1 ccoconut, flaked
-
1 1/2 cchopped walnuts

1(7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
-
16 ozpowdered sugar
-
1/2 cevaporated milk
How To Make mississippi mud cake

1Cream the sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 2 sticks butter, eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix Well.

2Add flour, coconut and nuts. Beat for two minutes.

3Bake in a greased and floured 9 by 13-inch pan at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.

4When cake is done and still hot, spread the marshmallow creme over the entire top of the cake. Allow the cake to cool completely.

5When cake is cool, mix powdered sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa. Cream 1 stick of butter until smooth. Add the powdered sugar mixture. Beat Well. Add milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on cake.
