How To Make minty peanut butter poke cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies and peanut butter chips.

2Combine cake mix, water, egg whites, vegetable oil, and peanut butter together in a large bowl using an electric mixer on low speed until the batter is smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.

3Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

4Whisk sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, and chocolate syrup together in a medium bowl until smooth.
