3 cself rising flour

1 1/2 csugar

1 1/2 cdark brown sugar

2 cmilk
-
1 1/4 cvegetable oil

6eggs

3/4 cpeanut butter, creamy
- FOR THE FROSTING

2 cpeanut butter, crunchy

2 pkgconfectioners' sugar 16oz

2 tspmint extract
-
1/4 cmilk
How To Make mint peanut butter cake

1Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 8 inch square pan.

2In a large bowl mix together the flour and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour milk, oil, peanut butter and mint extract. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.

3Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

4To make the frosting in a large bowl combine peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Beat in mint extract then mix to desired consistency. Spread over cake.
