Ingredients For miniature cheesecakes

24cupcake liners
-
24Vanilla Wafers
-
2 pkg(8-ounce) cream cheese, softened

3/4 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 can(20-21 0z) peach, blueberry, or sweet cherry pie filling

1/2 cnuts (optional)
How To Make miniature cheesecakes

1Line cupcake pans with liners. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill the liners 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set. Top each with spoonful of filling and 1 teaspoon of nuts. Chill
