Ingredients For mini cheesecakes

3 pkg8 ounce cream cheese

1 1/8 csugar
-
5 lgeggs
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 csour cream
-
1/4 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
red cherries
-
1 boxvanilla wafers
How To Make mini cheesecakes

1Combine first 4 ingredients. Beating well until smooth.

2In a separate bowl combine next 3 ingredients and set aside.

3Put liners in cupcake tin. Add wafer to each tin. Fill with 24 tins 3/4 way full.

4Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

5Add 1 tsp. topping to each cake from the mixture that was set aside.

6Bake 5 more minutes and then top each with a single cherry.
