This new poke cake recipe I created is a style of Milky Way bars. It's perfect with a glass of milk.

35Milky Way minis, unwrapped and divided

1 boxchocolate fudge cake mix

1 cchocolate hazlenut spread

1 cwater
-
1/2 cvegetable oil
-
3eggs,beaten
-
3king size Milky Way bars, sliced

1 cheavy cream
-
1 jarcaramel ice cream topping
-
1 tubefrozen whipped topping, thawed

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1packet instant chocolate pudding mix
-
3/4 chot fudge sauce
How To Make milky way poke cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add 15 Milky Way minis.

3In a large bowl, combine cake mix, chocolate hazlenut spread, water, oil, beaten eggs, and sliced Milky Way bars. Beat together with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds.

4Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

5Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.

6In a small bowl, combine heavy cream and caramel ice cream topping. Whisk together until smooth. Set aside.

7Poke the warmed cake with the end of the wooden spoon. Pour caramel mixture over the cake. Cool completely in the pan on a cooling rack.

8In a medium bowl, combine whipped topping, cream cheese, chocolate pudding mix, and hot fudge sauce. Whisk together until blended.

9Spread the frosting onto the cake. Add remaining Milky Way minis.
