This is a recipe I got a few years back and my Lord it is amazing. My coworker made it and I begged him for the recipe. So yummy!

Ingredients For midori cake

1 boxbetty crocker yellow cake mix

3 ozpkg instant pistachio pudding mix

4eggs
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 ccanola oil or vegie oil

3/4 cmidori
-
1/2 tspcoconut extract
- GLAZE

2 cpowdered sugar
-
1/2 cmidori
-
1/2 ccream cheese
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 tspcoconut flavoring
How To Make midori cake

1Easy as Pie! Take all the cake ingredients and put them into a mixing bowl. Beat for about 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 50-55 min at 350. Cool for 15 minutes then turn out of pan onto rack to cool.

2For the glaze, Put all together in a medium bowl. Blend then pour slightly warm cake.
