I love this plain, cut into squares, but I also love it on top of a pan of brownies for two. I call it a sugar bomb, and I love to be bombed.

  • 1/4 c
    unsalted butter, diced
  • 1/4 c
    regular creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    packed marshmallows
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make microwave peanut butter fudge

    Line a 9x5xx3-in loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving enough parchment overhang to form handles.

    In a large glass bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter and marshmallows. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.

    Remove the plastic wrap, then stir in the powdered sugar all at once. Scrape the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, and let set in the fridge for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
