1/2 csifted powdered sugar

2 call purpose flour

1/2 cfinely chopped pecans

How To Make mexican wedding cakes

1Cream butter 1/2c powdered sugar and vanilla. Combine flour, pecans and salt. Stir into butter mixture. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Roll again in powdered sugar. Makes 3 dozen.
