Ingredients For mexican hot chocolate cupcakes

  • 1 box
    dark chocolate cake mix prepared according to directions on the box
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 can
    whipped white icing
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 pkg
    hot tamales candy

How To Make mexican hot chocolate cupcakes

  • 1
    Prepare cake mix according to the directions on the box, adding chili powder and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to the mixture. Fill cupcake pan and bake according to the directions.

    Mix icing and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon together. Pipe onto cupcakes. Top each cupcake with a hot tamales candy.
