How To Make mexican fruitcake with cream cheese icing

1preheat oven to 350 degrees. combine pineapple and soda, add eggs, sugar, flour and nuts. mix well. grease and flour (or spray with vegetable spray) 9x13x2 inch pan. bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. let cool. add icing.
