    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    chopped raisins
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated carrots
