Ingredients For mayonnaise spice cake

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 1/8 tsp
    cloves
  • 1 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp
    ginger
  • 1/2 c
    molasses
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make mayonnaise spice cake

  • 1
    Sift all the dry ingredients together, then add water, mollasses and mayonaise, mix well. pour into a well greased and floured 9x13 inch pan and Bake for 40-50 minutes. If frosting allow to cool completely first.
