Ingredients For mars eclaire's

  • 1/2
    stick margarine
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 4
    eggs

How To Make mars eclaire's

  • 1
    Combine the Margarine and boiling water in saucepan-low heat until butter melts
  • 2
    Stir together the flour and sauce at once to water to a butter mixture
  • 3
    Low heat until mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan-Remove from heat.

    Add unbeaten eggs 1 @ a time to cooling mixture Preheat Oven @ 425

    Drop dough by tablespoon

    Bake 30 mins

    Cut opening and add desired pudding filling
