Ingredients For maple pumpkin tea loaf

1 1/2 cww flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspsalt

2 lgeggs
-
1/2 cmaple syrup

1/4 cvegetable oil...i use sunflower

1 cpumpkin puree

1 Tbsploose leaf black tea finely ground.

1/2 cwalnuts, chopped

1/2 cdried cherries
How To Make maple pumpkin tea loaf

1Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together flour, b soda, spices and salt. In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs and mix in maple syrup, oil, pumpkin and black tea. add wet ingredients to dry and mix until all the flour is moist. Fold in walnuts and cherries. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for about 50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan before turning out on a cake rack.
